Capital Paving is offering an employee referral program for the 2024 construction season.  Details of the program are as follows,

• Skilled Labourer $1000 Referral Bonus*
  • cement finishers, form setters, asphalt rakers, tail enders, grade person, pipe layer, and top man
• Operator $1000 Referral Bonus*
  • grader, trim dozer, excavator, asphalt spreaders, asphalt rollers and shuttle buggy
• Skilled Professionals $1000 Referral Bonus*
  • Asphalt plant operator, office administrators, QC technicians, mechanics.
• Project Manager/Estimator/Project Supervisor $1500 Referral Bonus*
• Foreperson                         $2000 Referral Bonus**

Program does not apply to new graduates, employees who participated in co-op or summer student placements, or to immediate family members. Referrals must be made to the hiring manager prior to interviewing the prospective employee.

**          Payment for ½ referral bonus ($1000) will be made when new employee completes 3 months of continuous employment with Capital Paving. Remaining ½ of referral bonus ($1000) paid when new employee is called back for 2^nd season with Capital Paving.
