| Aggregate Operations Award [2010] |
| In February 2010, Capital Paving was acknowledged by the Ontario Sand, Stone & Gravel Association with the Community Relations Award for our Wellington Pit. This is our 16th award received from OSSGA; testament to our strong commitment to the community and the environment. |

| Paver of the Year Finalist [2009] |
| Our company was awarded the 2009 Finalist Award for our performance on the Highway 402 contract by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO). The 402 job was the first contract to be completed on the province’s 400-series highway system using Warm Mix technology. |

| PRISM Award [2009] |
In June 2009, the International Coach Federation-GTA Chapter selected Capital Paving as the 2009 PRISM Award winner. This award recognizes organizations that have created excellence and enhanced business performance through their commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy. Over the past three years, Capital has been working closely with Development by Design to help execute and achieve success in its Vision Goals.

| Capital Paving is extremely proud to have garnered top honors for being the Ontario Paver of the Year in 2008 for its work on Highway 7 & 8 in Kitchener. Capital Paving is the only company in Ontario to have received this most prestigious award in the construction industry for an unprecedented three times. |

| Aggregate Operations Awards [2008] |
Capital Paving is very honoured to yet again be the recipient of three 2008 Industry Advancement Awards for three different aggregate sites by the Ontario Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (OSSGA). Capital remains committed to continually raise the bar at all of its aggregate sites and to promote environmental stewardship and community relations. 2008 Progressive Rehabilitation Award - Whistle Bare Pit Located in the Township of North Dumfries, this pit has been in operation since 1992. The objective of the rehabilitation plan for this site is to return it back to agriculture. To date, Capital has successfully rehabilitated approximately 9 Ha which is actively being farmed while the pit remains in operation. 2008 Progressive Rehabilitation Award - Holman Pit Located in the Township of Guelph-Eramosa, the site has been in operation for over 30 years. Capital Paving assumed operations in 1992. Approximately 8 Ha has been rehabilitated and another 2.5 Ha will be completed in the Spring of 2009. The majority of this site has been used for agriculture and will be returned back to agriculture once extraction of the site is completed. 2008 Community Relations Award - Wellington Pit Building strong community relations is an essential part of Capital's philosophy. For the fifth time, Capital is proud to receive the Community Relations Award for its volunteer efforts in the Township of Puslinch. |

| Award of Excellence [2007] |
The Award of Excellence is the most prestigious achievement an operating pit or quarry can obtain in Ontario. This was awarded by the Ontario Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (OSSGA) in recognition of Capital Paving's commitment to continued improvements in Progressive Rehabilitation, Property Enhancement & Community Relations at our Wellington Pit operation. Since the inception of this most prominent award in the industry in 2001, this award has only been presented to a limited number of pits and quarries in Ontario. Capital Paving's Wellington Pit is proud to be one of six current pits to join the ranks of elite operations. |

| Grand River Conservation Authority Watershed Award [2007] |
Each year the Grand River Conservation Authority recognizes the efforts of individuals and groups by presenting awards for outstanding examples of conservation and environmental work. Capital Paving, along with Dufferin Aggregates, received this prestigious award for its continued contributions to protect and enhance Mill Creek that flows through Puslinch Township and the City of Cambridge. |

| Paver of the Year Award [2006] |
| For an unprecedented second time, Capital Paving is proud to receive the Ontario Ministry of Transportation's Paver of the Year Award for work done on Highway 403, in Mississauga. This project required multiple lifts on the new eastbound and westbound High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes - one of the province's first. | Progressive Rehabilitation Award [2008, 2007, 2000, 1997] |
| Commitment to the environment is evidenced by a Company's proactive approach to progressively rehabilitating its pits and quarries in a timely manner. Capital Paving is one of the industry leaders in taking this proactive approach to its own operations. Once an area within the pit has been fully extracted, the land is rehabilitated as soon as possible. In most cases, the area is rehabilitated back to agricultural lands so it can be farmed to produce various crops while still remaining an active pit. This award is given by the Ontario Stone, Sand & Gravel Association. |
